Terms of use

These terms are an agreement between you and Good Enough Labs ("we") for the Inbetween app. By using Inbetween you accept them. Our privacy policy explains what happens to your data.

Your strips

What you record and the strips you make are yours. They stay on your iPhone and in your iCloud, and we don't get a copy. Only record people who are fine with it, and only import photos you have the right to use.

Free strips and Inbetween Pro

• Without Pro, your first strip from the camera and your first strip from Live Photos are free.
• Inbetween Pro is an optional subscription that adds unlimited strips, looping videos and Home Screen widgets. It's sold through the App Store, monthly or yearly, and renews automatically. The price, the billing period and the free week on the yearly plan, when you're eligible, are shown in the app before you buy.
• Payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds are handled by Apple under its terms. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period or the free week ends to avoid the next charge; you keep Pro until then.

We may change what Pro includes. Changes won't affect a period you've already paid for.

Fair use

Don't use Inbetween to break the law or to record people in ways they haven't agreed to, and don't try to get around its limits or resell it.

No guarantees

Inbetween is provided as is. We work to keep it reliable, but we can't promise it will always pick the photos you would have, or be free of errors. iCloud sync depends on Apple, so keep anything you can't lose saved to Photos as well. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.

Apple

These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple isn't responsible for Inbetween or its support. Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement also applies, and Apple may enforce these terms as a third-party beneficiary.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll change the date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the app. Using Inbetween after that means you accept the new terms.
